One-Wheel Cubli

Der Robotik der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule Zürich (ETH) ist eine Fortentwicklung ihres würfelförmigen Roboters Cubli gelungen, der auf einer Ecke stehen kann: Der neue One-Wheel Cubli benötigt nur noch ein Reaktionsrad und kann Störungen von aussen ausbalancieren. Zudem ist er in der Lage, Störungen von aussen auszubalancieren. Dieses neuartige umgekehrte 3D-Pendel namens One-Wheel Cubli wurde jetzt in der neuesten Ausgabe des Fachmagazins „Mechatronics“ vorgestellt. Der One-Wheel Cubli ist eine Fortentwicklung des Roboterwürfels Cubli, der vor zehn Jahren Aufsehen erregt hatte, weil er selbstständig auf einer Ecke balancieren konnte. Dafür benötigte er in seinem Inneren mehrere Reaktionsräder.
